WHAT IS YOUR ORDER PROCESS?

Once you have completed your order, we will send you an email confirming that we have received it. Once we have received your order we will fulfil it and it will then be picked up by our postal service. Email the customer service team on support@thetopsale.com if further assistance is required at any point.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been picked up by the postal service, we will send you your tracking number, which you can type into the Track your order box. By tracking your order, you will be able to keep track where your order is and the estimated delivery date. 

MY ORDER HASN`T ARRIVED ON TIME, WHAT DO I DO?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated shipping time period, make sure to track your order by plugging the tracking code that you received via email into the track your order box. Delivery can sometimes be delayed due to customs and during holiday periods. Please contact us via our contact us page and we will do our best to assist with any concerns. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO GET TO ME?

Free shipping within the USA can take about 5-15 days business days to arrive. Free shipping internationally can take around 7 - 20 business days to arrive. Please be patient with international orders as they will inevitably take longer to get to you, allow 15 – 25 days before you inform our customer service team of a missing order.

DO I HAVE TO PAY COSTUME AND/OR IMPORT TAXES?

The Top Sale  cannot be held responsible for any custom charges made in your country. It is advisable to check the pricing guide at your local customs department if you think you may have to pay an additional fee. The Top Sale is NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims.

ARE YOUR WATCHES WATER RESISTANT?

Our watches have a water resistance of 3 ATM. Please avoid contact with water, as water damage is not covered under warranty. We also recommend keeping bracelets away from water.
